Feeling burned out from your busy, hectic life?
Need a way to slow it all down?
Take a time-out to rebalance and recharge with our Restorative Yoga classes.
What is Restorative Yoga?
While traditional yoga features a variety of active poses that get your heart rate up, Restorative Yoga focuses on performing quiet, passive stretching exercises. You’ll practice long pose holds that promote deep muscle relaxation and release. Supportive aids like blocks and blankets help eliminate excess straining and effort.
