Upon joining, you’ll receive one complimentary session with the InBody 570 Body Scanner. You also get a free Functional Movement Screen (FMS) to help identify your risk of injury and any movement patterns that may be hindering your exercise performance.

Once your FMS assessment is complete, we’ll use the results to create a personalized fitness program designed to help you transform your body and your health.
