What is Restorative Yoga?
While traditional yoga features a variety of active poses that get your heart rate up, Restorative Yoga focuses on performing quiet, passive stretching exercises. You’ll practice long pose holds that promote deep muscle relaxation and release. Supportive aids like blocks and blankets help eliminate excess straining and effort.

In our Restorative Yoga class, you’ll focus on your breathing and practice stillness. Your instructor may dim the lights, play quiet music or guide you through a simple meditation. When you walk out of our studio at the end, you’ll feel extraordinarily calm and relaxed—and ready to take on whatever life brings your way!
