What’s Bootcamp All About?
In Bootcamp, you’ll perform a fast-paced, varied program of cardio and strength-building exercises such as push-ups, lunges, squats, sprints and more. Very little equipment is used. These exercises are designed to work the upper and lower body and core, so you’re getting a comprehensive, head-to-toe workout.
Whether you’re preparing for a triathlon, want to push past that fitness plateau or are just looking to challenge yourself, this full-body, military-style mobility program is designed to blast calories (up to 600 an hour!) and deliver fast results.
