While you’re technically suspended in fabric hammocks, AIReal® Yoga can feel like you’re gliding through the air. This workout combines traditional mat yoga with a variety of “floating” poses. You’ll safely perform inversions and other fluid movements assisted only by the hammocks and natural gravity.
