An event every week that begins at 6:00am on Monday and Thursday, repeating until February 1, 2020
Class consists of silk fabrics suspended to build strength and core stability. It is for a variety of fitness levels and body types. It includes HIIT & Pilates that are meant to improve balance, flexibility and posture, as well as your strength and overall conditioning. You utilize your own body weight giving you control of how far to push yourself while you lengthen. stretch and strengthen using the hammock as a tool.
